Instructions for connecting your Clickscape Button to the Clickscape App

If you have Apple Device: 

1. Open your button, DO NOT PRESS the clicker yet.
2. Download the app to your device from the Apple App Store, enter CLICKSCAPE into search bar.
3. Once downloaded, open the app.
4. The app will prompt you to connect to badge, click the link.
5. Once on the connect page, click the badge, the LED will flash blue, this lasts for 30 seconds (if it stops, simply press the button again).
6. Clickscape will appear as a device on the list, please select, if it doesn’t appear after a few seconds, please scroll to refresh the screen.
7. Once you see that you are connected, please allow a few seconds for the next prompt.
8. You will now be asked to register your device by entering your email address, please pay close attention as this is your unique ID and needs to be spelt correctly.
9. Click submit, your button will now register.
10. You can check the details in the Badge Info section, here you should see your email and the correct date and time.
11. You are now successfully registered.

If you have an Android Device:
